《自由頌》（希臘語：Ύμνος εις την Ελευθερίαν，拉丁字母轉寫：Hýmnos eis tin Eleutherían）本來是一首有158節的詩，狄奥尼修斯·索洛莫斯在1823年著成，尼古勞斯·曼察洛斯把此詩譜成音樂。1865年，前兩個節成為希臘的官方國歌，賽普勒斯也以此為國歌，為稀有的「一國歌兩國用」的例子。
