美国国家医学图书馆（英語：United States National Library of Medicine，缩写NLM），位于马里兰州贝塞斯达，由美国联邦政府经营管理，是世界上最大的医学图书馆，並設有研究中心。其前身为成立于1836年的美国陆军军医部部长办公室图书馆和美国卫生部部长办公室图书馆。其收藏包括：七百多万本医学和相关学科的书籍、期刊、技术报告、手稿、缩微胶卷、照片和影像，其中包括一些世界上最古老，最稀有作品。
